★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff and service provided by them is pathetic .all just want to make extra money..all the appliances are not working properly specially ac and refrigerator.very bad service from them. unnecessary poking the guest by switching off the ac or for doing small small things .

HALL AREA SOFAS ARE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND BROKEN
NO LATCH IN BATHROOM DOOR
LOTS ODLF WEB WITH SPIDER IN BATHROOM
ACs are so old so cooling is very low
No soap in bathroom
When you do outside catering they close the kitchen
Fridge and deep freezer they always switch off when there is noone around there without your permission
Like for ac also
I didn't recommend anyone for staying there only garden and swimming pool is good
Nothing else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The exterior of the farmhouse is beautiful but is not maintained properly and the infrastructure is really bad....the staff doesn't listen to you and also do not fulfill your needs....I was told that u will be provided with a fully-equipped kitchen but there was nothing in the kitchen and was smelling really bad....the fridge and the deep fridge were not working properly and were switched off when we were not around the kitchen so that they could cheat u and provide u ice from there personal kitchen by charging u double the price....the AC were not working properly as they were too old and there was power cut very frequently...if u do outside catering they don't allow the caterer to enter the kitchen and lock it on a regular basis which will cause u very inconvenience....as I entered the farmhouse they asked for the payment without letting me to settle down for a minute also....the staff will just say NO for everything u ask from them....poor professionalism....poor maintenance....poor service.... overall a poor and bad experience....I hope I could give them negative ratings and will suggest everyone not to book this farmhouse by mistake, otherwise ur whole vacation will be spoiled.

Starting from the house itself, it has 3 rooms, which are quite spacious with 1 room having a Jacuzzi and another 2 having their own bathtubs.
Washrooms were quite clean but didn't have a jet or hand shower to clean.
So bring your own toilet paper and soap.
The infrastructure was amazing but lacked certain amenities like SOAP.
It has a good amount of lawn where you can literally go for a walk. With a big pool and garden.
Accessibility to the farmhouse is a challenge because of faulty road. Otherwise it is a good place for party considering you bought something on your own

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Management is highly uncooperative. Almost no Maintainance. ACs and refrigerators are in poor condition. Foul smelling rooms and wardrobes, as if nobody has visited this place for months. If you love cats and lizards in your bedroom, this place is for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property is really pretty but the management is just horrible and its poorly maintained. They made sure to make us feel as unwelcome as possible. They were rude and refused to provide basic facilities like extra bedsheets. There were no latches on bathroom doors, non functional fridge and they kept switching off the ACs while we were sitting inside the house. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place but pathetic service. ACs are of vintage era that switch ON but makes staying inside the rooms difficult. Taps and showers in bathrooms don't work. Bathrooms don't even have latches. Cleanliness and hygiene is another issue. Lots of ants and cockroaches everywhere. When we asked for extra sheets at night, the caretaker refused that we only give blankets, even in temperatures above 40 °C. There's a deep freezer but the caretaker kept switching it OFF. When we asked for ice, he told us he'll get it from somewhere but finally got it from another freezer and charged us a bomb for it. The aim of coming to this place was to have a relaxing time but it turned out to be a nightmare. Overall a disappointing experience. Would not recommend. Look for a place that is better maintained.
