★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The flats are on the expensive side. This is a multistory complex. For the same price range one can get a duplex house in the area. The flats are unnecessarily and incorrectly advertised. One of the so called bedrooms is just an extension of the lobby. The developer in Mr Parashar. Since he us an engineer, the construction must be structurally sound. It is supposed to be a maintenance free society. Amenities include swimming pool, canteen and a small theater. Sale and purchase are through Mr Parashar only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is good place to rent and buy in Aligarh as it offers you a gym, garden, swimming pool, grocery store. It very rare to find such good place in Aligarh, but there is little problem with all mobile networks in Green park flats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best society as for now in Aligarh. It has 2 parks, cricket ground, badminton court, theatre, TT room and much more. It is a very peacful place to relax and hangout with family. The functions held on every ocassion are very delightful. One should definitely visit this society who lives in Aligarh.

Has an indoor swimming pool, open large gardens, badminton courts and a cricket net open for all.
The gardens are large and ideal for yoga and morning and evening walks.
Overall a good place to live.
