★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place for picnic, party, marriage ceremony and other celebrations at the outskirts of kolkata, amidst the nature, free from pollution. The facilities are best fit for children to play around and also for groups to hang out together under open sky and share quality moments.

What I understood is since the road outside it has very few properties , and local people.. the cars and buses are parked outside on the road. During Winter nights the area is too deserted . Inside you have too much space for different events be it marriage or other events . Permenant common places are available to sit . On the right you get a multistorey community Hall and on the extreme left you get a reception or mandap hall.Onw can find trimmed up bushesh and greens . Overall it's a good property for events .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plenty of greenery all over the place, calm and quiet and peaceful place; at the outskirt of kolkata. Closed campus for a picnic for at least 100 odd people.
Good and great place to hang out with friends and family!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for party, but the location is too odd. No public transport is available. The road from main road is not safe and lonely. Basically it is at a remote place. But the inside of the premises is very good and well decorated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely small resort ideal for small workshops, away day or even a small wedding. The services leave much to be desired but the smiling staff make up for it. The venue is pretty. It is also bordered by a lovely water body. Unfortunately their environmental consciousness leaves a lot to be desired and therefore they do not get full marks. Lots of potential but weak management is my opinion. It has accomodation for about 50 persons (20/25 rooms) all with attached bathrooms. There are certain design flaws in the rooms which should be considered while selecting this venue. First, the bathrooms have been constructed higher than the rooms and there is a steep step to enter and exit each bathroom. Senior citizens and children can easily fall and hurt themselves. The bathroom floors are also extremely slippery due to the type of tiles used. Second, many of the rooms are very very poorly ventilated with no window thay can be left open. Lack of oxygen at night is a real problem. However these are manageable issues overall and can be brought up to speed with focussed attention and minor adjustments. It's distance from all main roads and shops can be considered a blessing or a curse depending on how well prepared you are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very spacious. Large lawn. Perfect for grand wedding ceremonies. But, the location is a bit interior. A bit difficult for guests to reach here. Food is not bad. But, service quality has the room for improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once you get there, the place is nice. It is very remote though and at times the signal is also bad. There are three lawns, one swimming pool, banquet hall and a few rooms for events. People will need to stay there to enjoy all the facilities. For guests travelling for events it's not so good but otherwise it's a nice place that can be decorated well and can accommodate a lot of guests.
