β β β β β Construction wise, its a average old DDA society, developed in 1998 or so. Maintenance is also average and it's okay as you pay only βΉ200 as maintenance charges. Location wise its good. Pocket 2 is kind of secluded, so u don't have noisy ambience. Alongside, there is Amrahi gaon market which is pretty good for all household necessities. There is a big park beside the society where you can spend good time.

β β β β β A very well organized living place for a family, everything is there, enough greenery, enough sunlight, enough parking space & a very well maintained park for kids, the people here celebrate every function & festival together on the society ground. So they have a bonding too. This society is monitored by CCTV cameras ND security gaurds so it is also secured.

β β β β β LOCATION AND GATES
The location of the society is one of the best features. There are actually four gates in the society but one of the gate is always locked. The other two gates located on the front side of the society that is on the main road. The 3rd gate is used by pedestrian hence no cars for bikes can go through the third gate. Ambrahi village is attached to the society ab very flourishing market of all the ranging from daily necessary items To cafe and other items.
PARKS
There is a district park attached to the boundary of the society. Inside the society you can find where is small parks and one Central park.
PROBLEMS
The increasing population parking has become a challenge. The areas which five years ago were utilised by children are now utilised for parking vehicles.
Issues related to the increment in the number of stray dogs have also been increased.
FACILITIES
A proper electricity, water supply, security has been provided. 4 storey building with eight flats in each storey. 1 flat is duplex. 3rd floor has a terrace attached to it. A ground floor while the others are common.
A good amount of greenery is present and this quiet peaceful place.

β β β β β Parking problems rising day by day. Everything else is fine about here. The newly elected management (RWA) is efficient. Although the residents are not very co-operative on many occasions/functions. hence, the common mandate on a situation often gets postponed. Only one gate out of three open after 9pm
