★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased car from Greenway Honda, as a corporate policy service center must allow payment on credit basis because if car is purchased by organization, payment can't be issued in advance or cash as individual. But the staff is not cooperative and when we are giving guarantee of payment in writing and even security cheque also being given then also they are not ready to do servicing. How someone can pay in cash big amount when car is owned by reputed branded organization. We had earlier Tata Manza and tata service center always cooperated. I felt I took wrong decision in purchasing honda car and that too from Greenway Honda who is not at all cooperative, now I have to visit Pune service center for servicing where they are giving credit.
Even last time I had faced too much problems of ignition, car was giving me trouble so much within 8 months and I had to leave car many places as it was not switching on once switch off. This Greenway Honda service center done paid servicing unnecessary although it was free that time but problem was not solved and when I complained to Honda company directly then they told fuel pump was faulty and it was ordered then, it took so much time to get delivery and replaced after a month. Till then I faced lot of problem, I travelled by auto sometimes leaving car anywhere because it was not switching on. I was really frustrated due to Greenway Honda by giving faulty car.
