★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst travels I have ever travelled no prior info regarding places of visit they tell something and do another real nightmare for my aged parent,vehicle was changed near k r puram stating that it has no permit to travel .surely Wil not travel in this travel even food was very pale and tastless.Wil not recommend to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. While travelling from Tirupati to Bangalore(booked through redbus), they cancelled sleeper bus in last minute and just sent a message that your bus was cancelled. When i called them, they started making stories and finally arranged a semi sleeper bus. Driver and his assistant refused to provide blankets during journey. Passengers who were not feeling well and started using blankets kept inside bus, driver's assistant took away blankets from them stating we do not provide blankets in semi sleeper category. I called their customer representative to confirm on this and came to know blankets/drinking water should be provided in the bus. When driver came to know about the call being made to their office, he started misbehaving and told me - "Do you think i will give you blankets if you call and complain about us in office?" He also misbehaved while returning refund amount for sleeper cancellation. Immediately after arriving Bangalore, called again their representative to let them know how their drivers behave with passengers. Seems they are not even bothered on such issues, as they never even called back to apologies or provide an update on my complaint.
