I feel like it gave me more energy throughout the day. It’s smooth and mixes really well. I had it in almond milk, not sure if that’s for everyone. But it’s the way I like my green powders. I highly recommend!

Only been using it for 3 days so hard to tell a difference this early. I have major inflammation problems and am hoping it helps with it. Customer service was great and easy purchase and shipping. I recommend this company
