★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love green tokri for their fresh and exotic food. So I started ordering every week from their online webshop for home delivery. There's a glitch in their online ordering system which doesn't tell you about unavailable stock. So you won't know what you're getting until you receive your order. Now if you've done an advance payment the undelivered amount rightfully needs to be refunded into your greentokri wallet. But that never happened! So I paid cash the next few times, but never got a receipt for the same! Then I got a call from their accounts team saying that two of my cash payments from a month back couldn't be traced! How was I to prove that I'd paid without a receipt!! It was obviously their mismanagement! I've settled this outstanding since, but the credit still shows on my online webshop account! It hasn't been updated after so many reminders! Now I hope I don't get another call once more for the same amount!!
Once or twice I got rotten vegetables, but was never compensated after being promised over emails!
I've had a rotten experience ordering from their online webshop. I've lost a lot of money since! I've had to stop even though I was enjoying the fresh exotic food! I feel cheated!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered their salad bowls. There was mud in lettuce leaves. Also some salad bowls don't have Use by date written. I ordered 4, only 2 has use by dates written over it. Their other items like Brocoli, Spinach etc were good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The concept of a Farm Tour ,is really innovative and engaging. Visited the farm with my family. They are taking all necessary precautions related to Covid 19. The staff there is highly energetic, cordial and accommodating. Was amazed to see how passionate the Owners are about farming and giving the best quality product to their customers. Salads( Lettuce, spinach, celery etc ) we tasted there , were really fresh and healthy. Lunch was also very delicious. They have a play ground for kids, to keep them engaged. All in all a wonderful experience. Would recommend all, to try their wide range of Salad Dressings and ofcourse the Veggies and if possible do visit THE FARM. It’s a wonderful place to be. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farm visit with family on 14/3/21 , very nice experience . Their farming is modern , well managed and maintained. Very clean farm .
The way they are farming the produce has to be of the best quality and hygiene. Exotic vegetables and the dressings that we consumed there were very fresh and delicious.
We had nice lunch there . Play area had a zip line for kids and adults - highly recommend , sand pit for kids , swings , sea saw and rain dance as well.
Overall wonderful experience. Highly recommend Green Tokri farm visit and their products since they are healthy and fresh .
Keep up the good work team Green Tokri .

The entire trip was perfect. From the harvesting to the beautiful table setup and sunset kayak time ♥️

Farm picking including strawberry picking
Good dips which can add to ur salad variety
Encourage kids to prepare salad
Small play area like zipline, rock climbing etc
Organizers work hard and keep you and kids engaged. U wont come to know time flies.
Cons:
Very short tractor ride
Charge extra for kayaking, veges which u pick etc
In lunch u have salad/pasta which is healthy but audience expect a bit more variety when paying 3000 per family. Even breakfast had only salad.
Overall good to visit. Educational. Good change from city life. U get to eat health food.
