This has been brought into my notice that the Private house behind Alpine 3 still exists with access to the passage for common people diving Alpine 1/2 with Alpine 3. I have visited the site very recently & found that people are accessing the in between passage ( in between Alpine 1/2 & 3) as both ends of the road are currently open. It was promised to us during purchase of flat that there is a probability that private house will be acquired by Shrachi but if not the road should be closed the rear end so that the private house only can access the road.
Shrachi project is almost in the verge of completion but no matter what about the private house but as per the current situation the road is still open both side which deemed to be a serious issue accessing Alpine 3 through the public road. Although as per the master plan the middle road should be closed in one way & i am enclosing the master plan for your reference.
This seems to be an issue as we have paid Alpine 3 as an HIG apartment but which is completely apart from Alpine 1 /2 & even accessing Alpine3 would require a common public road which is highly unacceptable & may create serious discontent among residents if not mitigated properly which essentially means the middle passage should be occupied by Shrachi as promised during the time of selling the property & also shown in Master plan. Only the Residents from Private house can occupy the passage.
This is for your attention & serious action please.
Also request who has bought flat in Alpine 3 can join hands with us with your email.

Each building had 12 floors, each floor contains 8 flats . Also running track, gymnasium, swiming pool etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This apartment is built just beside Keshtopur Canal ( popularly called Keshtopur Khal). As per the marketing team, posession date is March 2022.
Being right beside Keshtopur Canal, there are many apartments, mainly the ones on the higher floors, from where you can directly see the canal from balcony or bedroom windows and the view is not very pleasant.
Majority of the apartments are sold out by the builder and currently only few are left with builder. Rest are majorly with investors and they will start selling them off once possession starts.
