I extremely disappointed with this company Bizol Grenvo ( Grenvo Lubetech Pvt. Ltd.) & Pankaj Senger ( Marketing manger of this company)
I Joined this company as a distributor ( Automotive lubricants ) in Jaipur in June 2020..& upto Novmeber 2020 my billing was approx. 10 KL in lockdown period. I did very had work to establish their product in market without any sales support & sales scheme.
but company is working like a unprofessional, they appoint another distributor in my territory without any information.
When I faced problem in market because of 2 distributor in same territory. I complaint to Pankaj Senger but there was no response and he did always argue & trying to delay the matter.
Finally I decided to leave this worst company as a distributor.
My work experience with this worst company are below:
*This company is working with Zero inventroy.
*Dispatch timing 1-2 month after punching order.
*material get ready when you punch order. ( Zero Inventory).
* Only one man (Pankaj Senger) operates all activities.
* Your call & messages are not responded by Pankaj Senger.
* Company does not provide any sales support & schemes to sales their product in market.
I had a very bad experience with this company & garbage person Pankaj Sanger.
Please be careful to join this type of unprofessional company.
