★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed in this place for 04 months. Good place. No complains there.
But Oyolife is ridiculous when it comes to complains. The property manager would say it's beyond his paygrade. The app would mark issues resolved on its own.
I moved out from the place, and it's been more than 15 days, still no news on the refund of the security deposit. Following up with Customer care ever since, and all you get is a "let us check". Today, the lady said, it's been done on 9th Feb, which is a complete false statement. They don't respond to your emails, accept for saying "We have registered your concern, allow us some time" .. and then radio silence until you call them, and they comeback to you with the same response, like some kind of a viscous loop... I would say, stay away from Oyolife. Just find a good broker instead.
