★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class service I have place the order and they are not deliver the order and in status the order is delivered. I call and chat with customer care but they says order delivered I say give delivery proof or send the delivery person to my home confmation. So they are block my account so i think we all customer use social media and tell everyone one about this and also go to consumer court Or grahak suraksha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My delivery is always done way earlier than my scheduled time. Today as well, I was supposed to get my order between 8 pm to 11 pm, but the delivery guy named Ankit came at 5:45 pm. I asked him the reason for coming early and he very casually said that he was passing by from my area and so he came to deliver it. How ridiculous is this! In the past 6 months, I have faced this issue with every single delivery. Orders which are supposed to be delivered between 10 am to 1 pm get delivered at 7:30 am!!! My parents get disturbed due to this!
Ahmedabad Delivery Manager - Please fix this problem immediately before I go ahead and file a complaint with Consumer Forum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have noticed many times that there are bank offers showing in the notifications and also in the mobile application. It would also show you the promo code is successful apply message but the full money deducts from the account.
My question to Grofers is why do you show the false offers on your applications and mobile notification. This is an illegal offence if you show something and sell something.
I request all people, please don't use this application as this is like a fraud. There are very less products and most of the products are not available all the time.
Don't waste your time on this application. Better to buy from a physical market or departmental stores.

A scam, I did not receive any gift but after connecting with customer support, They said we are providing coupons as gifts!
Now, these 3 coupons are also a scam, You need to purchase X amount & you will get 75 cashback.
Grofers, Stop making food to customers,
