★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An Excellent spa with gentle and friendly groomers, they make sure your pet is quite comfortable and relaxed and are very gentle with them. They have a variety of treatments and very affordable.. Total VFM.. Both my pets absolutely loved them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the first time we got our pet Coco (4 months puppy rottie) groomed and I couldn't have asked for better service. Coco got really comfortable as soon as she arrived there.
They took really good care of her and I can tell she truly enjoyed her time throughout the grooming session and was feeling so relaxed post that.
I recommend Grooming tales Pet Spa to every pet parent as they are very professional & also feels like ? home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my cat for haircut at this place. Even after charing a bomb, they did such a horrible job. It's so bad that I don't even what to add my cats photo here. They removed hair from tummy so much that she can't even sit on the ground. Hair cut is very uneven also. Also they don't let you in while they cut the hair so you can only see when your pet is out. Very bad service. Unprofessional service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with grooming tails pet spa. Not at all professional. I regret taking my pet all the was from baner to KP just to spoil the look. I had requested to trim my pets hair and they just zeroed it to skin level.. n suddenly my pet looks shabby.. no proper grooming knowledge. No fineness in work.. there was no uniformity in the quality of work. Really disappointed. I suggest if u have a shihtzu dog kindly consider taking him to some other good groomer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is friendly, experienced and extreamly passionate about pet grooming. My little Yorkshire Terrier was handled with a lot of care and she came out looking extreamly adorable. They have made me a loyal customer. I was very satisfied . Highly recommended!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really good experience at Grooming Tails spa here in KP today. Had called this morning at short notice to get a bath appt for a senior stray dog with multiple skin issues. The owner was very patient in hearing out the special needs of the dog and the staff was super caring while giving him a bath. He wasnt used to baths so it was tough to control him but the staff did a great job and made him comfortable. The owner also offered to share contacts of some shelters with me for the longer term rehabilitation of the dog. And after all this, she refused to take payment for the services even after I insisted many times. Very impressed with the level of service and humanity showed by this establishment. Thank you so much!!!
