They have taken over 80% of the money and still there is no sign of compliting the project
They have started another project and now trying to sell that istead of completing this One.
DO NOT INVEST WITH THESE BUILDERS THEY ARE NOTHING BUT FRAUDS

.Booked apartment in their project The Melia,Sohna road in August 2013 to be delivered in 2017.Delayed with lot of clever legal excuses,took 90 % of the value in Sept '19n now saying to give in 2022.God knows. If you really need a house to live in just drop the idea to buy from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a builder with no credibility. They launched the Melia project on Sohna Road more than 7 years back in 2014. We are in 2021 and there is no sign of completion of the project. There is no communication from the builder when the project will complete but there are full page ads of a "premium project" in sushant lok by the same builder. Guess we all know where the money of hapless customers like us goes. Shame on the management of this irresponsible company. And a friendly warning to other buyers who might get caught in false promises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely another nonsense project. People from old project The Melia started in 2013 still not even close to completion. Almost 80 90% money has been taken by the builder but possession deadlines are been extended. Never ever get into Silverglades venture even they give u 100% discount.

I have lost all confidence in the builders ability to deliver large scale projects. It recommend any friends and / or family to invest with Silverglades..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not recommend them to anyone. I invested in The Melia project in 2013, the status of construction is that it’s going to take another 3 years to complete. I have given them my hard earned money but there is no return till now. As my money is blocked, I am forced to wait and missed many opportunities due to it. Looking at the current price of other projects in the area, I don’t think we will be able to get a good return ever.
Please think twice before investing in any project with them.
