★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a member here last few months and I can see how much it affected myself. They have really good equipments and adequate amount of weights for strength training along with some good quality Trainers to guide you.
Also they have a amazing cardio section. So if you are one who wants to lose fat, or gain muscle or keep yourself fit with yoga you should definitely check out this place.
