★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anyone who is buying the bike please do your personal inspection as even your haven’t taken the delivery once invoices they will not change the bike.
Overall a very unsatisfactory experience.
The service quality has declined, even after getting the bike service had to visit the centre twice as they used hit and trial to service the bike.
On the next visits they changed the same part and included the labour as well for the previously changed parts.
Staff behaviour is pathetic supervisor and work shop incharge are not cooperating.
AMC is just a trap. They charge you high prices for labour then there is no transparency.
Bajaj quality charts are for display only they are not followed.
Poor management of parts inventory.
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will give them 1 star for the following reasons........i want to tell you my experience which i faced in gsm bajaj gurgaon i had to change shoe brake in my bike which took total 2 hours no experience No here is the mason who replaced my bike shoe brake that guy damaged the common brake wire and when i saw it after finish the job told me it's already damaged if If so, they should have told me but they didn't see, I saw that the wire itself was damaged. The mechanic admitted in front of the manager that the mistake was his, yet the amount of that wire was added to the last generated bill (total bill was Rs 850), despite much debate the manager gave a discount of Rs 100. I was offered which I turned down saying that your mechanic has admitted his mistake in front of you, why should I still pay extra?, all this process took me 1 hour extra, in the end I told the manager Told me in strong words that I will do not give anything extra, you will give as much work as you have done in my bike. Then the total bill became Rs 580. I arrived at his workshop at 9 a.m. and requested that I have a night shift, please hurry my bike to work, but he took 3 hours, and faced unwanted arguments that reflected his irresponsible behaviour. this kind of behaviour is not tolerable at all

Basic things they not clean the bike, even much clean when I enter the bike in service center.
And second things. Net bolt was loose, I checked when I reached at home.
These things should be improved.

Every thing wants to change for earnung money and reduce effprts for customer.
Put local material from local market while servicing.

Here I'm going to write a my own experience with you as I felt.
Actually I bought my Pulsar bike on cash from here on 10 Oct 2021
There were two sweet lady first was Ms. Nisha and 2nd was Ms Neeru.
They both are very needful, I love ?? this place and looking for the same in future.
I would also like to share here that only these type of employees run the organization.
