★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of pic for reset password of VAT number. I visit over there but not get proper feedback from officers. One of person told me " Tayari me aana" I did get what he trying to said. After few moment he denied I am not said this word.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place I have ever visited... No staff is of helping nature to find nodal officer. Firstly their seating arrangements are worst, they are not in serial order, not even helpdesk over there knows anything. Whatever info helpdesk give us is 95% incorrect. (Hint) if u want to meet any officer then you personally go and search every table (as whatever info they give is wrong) it seems staff purposely gives wrong details. They even don't say they don't know if they have no information.

Very lazy People are working there. Lots of traffic from morning to evening. For everything you need to give something to third parties.so direct go to department head so work can done easily.otherwise you have to run here and there for a one day work.goverment should look out this.i may be wrong but from my experience most of them are corrupted.Jai Hind !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the renovation work is going on. old rooms have changed and most of the rooms from 7th floor are shifted to 4th floor. no proper indicator about nodal zones. people need to look for and inquire about the room of appropriate officer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated at Mazgaon. Prime location for GST state offices. All Mumbai GST State officers sit in this building. You can reach here from western railway by taking off at Mumbai Central local Station. Thereafter catch a cab for GST Bhavan. Harbour line nearest station is dockyard road. Central line nearest station is Byculla. Gst help desk is at ground floor in F WING in New building. One can enquire about jurisdiction office.
