Driver has lots of hill driving experience and always on time so no compliant related to driving skills. There are some issue with site visit but finally resolved smoothly without any escalation. Car condition is quite good and will be having a comfortable ride.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cab was not at all good, the condition of the cab was pathetic, I felt like I was sitting in front of car silencer, from 12:00 midnight I was in the car till 8:15am and I think have to go to a mechanic to get my wind pipes cleaned. More over my mother also came with me who was not able to breath properly her nose, throat and eyes were burning, I will never suggest or recommend anyone to use your service. This drop was a disaster.

Also the price quoted was pretty standard for various taxis. I requested specifically for a non smoking driver and indeed I got it. Balbir Verma was driver and he was very dutiful and punctual. I would recommend him. His driving is also very good at driving especially in the ghats where driving at night is very dangerous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harrowing experience. The experienced gentleman who was driving us was slightly deaf. He wasn’t aware of the main roads, and I shouted myself hoarse navigating him.
He had problems with his sight too. We actually had an accident when he didn’t sight a Scooty driver take a sharp turn and didn’t brake immediately. It wasn’t his fault alone but he could have had a sharper response. On top of that he wasn’t smart enough and almost ended up making us pay for damages.
