★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I share my own experience, service provided by GTPL is not so good, yes they provide high definition channels in budget price but most of the time it is not working. Means you face the issue of channels in 15 days of months. Only 15 days working properly rest of the days you can face the issue.
Let's move on broadband services vice versa of set top box services. But let you know that they don't provide accurate speed that we purchased plan. Like an example if your plan is for 10 MBPS but you can get only 2 mbps highest speed. But I am satisfied with GTPL broadband services because they provide very good speed instead of other broadband.

Every time taken siffting charge and charges are not fixed.I give many time complain but GTPL not given favorable reply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad service. Mr Anil Rathod who is handling may be marketing he come to my shop and tell me that GTPl internet is awesome. So i given 5500 for new internet setup. He promise me that speed will be 40 mbps now speed is 18 mbps .He promise me that if 40 mbps services is not come whole amount will refundable.. Now any one solve my issue otherwise I will go for legal action.
