★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I m a new customer and experiencing the most worst and horrible customer service.... previously I have used hathway but service was excellent....the owner of Amrita cable network mr.bhaskar das doesn't take care of the service and the behaviour of his service stuff are worst...I humbly request the superior employees of gtpl kcbpl to take action against such peoples. plz

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of bad services in West bengal never choose this GTPL services. I always faced a lot of problems, no one care about your problems. They provided very poor service the technical team are irresponsible even operator of this GTPL is worst . I suggest you never ever choose GTPL . They also demanding high rate of installation charges. I complain to GTPL customer care but no response . I have done mistake to choose GTPL INTERNET SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really sad, but it's almost every day, Facing issues with Internet down, WiFi not getting connected to the devices.Now also I am using Mobil device net to share feedback.
Using Jaguar plan, but it seems to be an sloth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GTPL KCBPL Broad brand connection is the worst bb connection in kolkata.
In my locality,kasba, Bakultala bb provider and gtpl kcbpl couldn't give proper service .In a month 10 to 15 days ,wifi connections will not available and every night you will suffer speed fall issue.They will take full money from you but not give satisfactory speed.In 630rs i get 75mbps speed but 15 days wifi connections are available .If you call in bb coustomer care ,they will not solve your problem and also misbehave with you.In bb customer care 'priyanka' named a agent accept my call and misbehave with me ,she showing lots of attitude.If you shift to airtel from gtpl kcbpl ,airtel gives you 40mbps speed in 500rs .At least there wifi connect stay full month and you will not sufer any speed drop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a GTPL Fibre net broadband user from last Year. I didnot have a good expectation at beginning. But this is the first local connection which satisfied me with its promising speed and very very less downtime. Area: Metropoliton EM BYpass Area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given 0 stars if possible.. This is total fraud company.. Its networks speed is 20 mb/s!!! I have the 85 mb/s pack but it barely goes over 20 mb/s!!! I would not recommend this broadband even to my enemy.. Total Scam!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even providing a rating of 1 is not liable. I am facing constant issues with my broadband where they say that the link is down in the area. It's work from home now and corporate companies won't understand these if it happens too frequently. People from junior to the senior levels are dumb that they don't even try and fix the issue permanently if it has became a constant issue by the same customer. Disgusting and pathetic provider in Kolkata. People should get their connection disconnected from them and opt for other options available in the market then only these cheap providers will start working on their weakness and provide stable connection to the customers. Poor management without any knowledge to resolve the customers issues. PATHETIC NETWORK PROVIDER. New customers Please don't opt for this and the existing customer please search for options that gives good and stable connection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service, helping attitude of employees and professional mindset. The office is at the 6th floor above 'Bengal Dhaba' building, near Ultodanga flyover crossing. GTPL is slowly expanding the business, thus establishing new spaces within the same premises. The building has an enjoyable skyline.
