★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased mask from here but staff does not have good attitude. When I asked for my change ( money after payment) which was not much money , he didn't give any answers and started working. Not happy if you doesn't have change then say it that you don't have 1-2 Rs change but you may take something else to compensate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacist gave us substitute medicine of a very high price and lied to us. The pharmacist lied on having the asked medicine (Norflox TZ) but we saw it available in his box. He refused to return the overcharged substitute and give us the asked Norflox TZ. Pathetic experience. Please avoid. Terminal 2 arrival pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless that they didn't even had lozenges. When I asked them for throat lozenges, thet replied me saying that had international product which costs around 400rs. Not suited for common man.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We walked into the Guardian pharmacy outlet in the Delhi Airport- Terminal 2- September 26, 2021 to buy a crepe band, and I was looking for a face scrub for my sister. Gave the card to the executive at the counter for the payment; he took the card, and after the payment was made, he threw the card and bill on the counter table...When I asked whether it's the way he would do, he said 'that's how we do it in North India'. Such an inhospitable and insensitive behavior an Indian can demonstrate to another Indian or to a guest who visited the other city.
I reported this to this customer service email on September 26, 2021; i just received an auto-generated email to this.
A person by name Mr.Rafi sent a whatsapp message (on September 30, 2021) introducing him as Area Manager for Guardian, and asked when he can call to discuss about the email I had sent. I responded with the time to call on the following day... Till date no calls / response from him either.. This is the responsiveness of the Guardian executives.
