★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was very rude and irresponsible , expecially that Mr. Mohanty guy (he wasted my whole day even though I have booked my service beforehand). Also paid service charges they take is rs 800 ( rs 600 + GST). No matter which vehicle you have , they will take 800 as service charge .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is not the idea for honda 2 wheelers. Just to harass the customer, charge heavily for repairs. Right from entering into the gate, nobody is even bothered. No covid protocols followed. They misguide regarding estimated cost and later increase. Take more than 24 hours to service. Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star because that is the lowest rating available. I went to this service center because it is close to my home and boy I committed a grave mistake. It is run by looters. My scooty was running fine and only the speedometer was not working. I deposited my scooty(honda dio) on thursday morning and the person who received the scooty(rabi bhai) said that the scooty works will be completed by friday evening. On friday afternoon i received a call from him that many parts of scooty are damaged and it will cost around 2k. Also the mud guard is not available and i need to go to a shop, purchase a mud guard and give it to these guys again. Mind you this is an authorised honda service center I am talking about. I went to bharat auto to purchase the same but it was closed. These people are sending customers to buy parts from shops without even informing the timings of the shop that too when shop is just 500mtrs away from service center. The shop was closed when i arrived there. Friday and saturday went just like that. On monday i received a call that the scooty is ready and i was slapped a bill of Rs.4300. I was asked to do payments to three different numbers, rabi bhai, one more staff and to the service center which i found really fishy.
As I said my scooty was working fine apart from speedometer, i was initially informed that the cost of total service will be around 2k, i had to leave the scooty for 5 days there and pay Rs.4300. Why to go to authorised service centre for this kind of service? The staffs here will loot you, are inefficient and are highly unproffessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is not the idea for honda 2 wheeler. Just to harass the customer, Received Vehicle at 9AM but at 4PM Saying due to Servicing Staff strike we can't Service today,Come tomorrow... After 7hours Wait i returned...When i called to Service Center ,Madam talk some time then Simply Switch Off Phone......Non Sense People......Don't Know Value of Time......I request to All Please don't Prefer Gugunani Honda Show Room....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service centre of gugnani honda is way beyond your imagination of providing bad service of your vehicle. Even before coming here I was having much more expectation of getting good service but which in turn failed badly. Here the mechanics aren't well trained and not even well behaved. They hv done oil theft in front of my eyes...so don't even dare to come here for service. For my vehicle starting problem was the issue which maximum people does hv the same problem. None of the complaints they are able to finish satisfactorily....so please please don't come to this service centre.
