★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had no experience of playing any kind of musical instrument. I had purchased a guitar right after college (you know how it is :p) and it was lying in a corner of my room for couple of years.
I took the first step to search for guitar coaching and Ushma’s coaching was the first one I stumbled upon. Read the reviews, contacted her and was impressed from the very beginning.
Her coaching style is methodical, goal oriented yet very patient. She was accommodative with requests for (slight) changes in schedules.
I have learnt 2 tunes in a matter of a month and a half! Though it would take a ton of practice to perfect them, I’m really in awe of my abilities. And much of the credit goes to her.
I’d recommend Ushma’s guitar coaching at the drop of a hat. :)

Ushma has been truly gifted by the god with her talent towards music and guitar. She is so kind and humble. An online class by her is a good learning treat. Highly recommend to those who would want to learn playing those 6 string. Ushma Asher is a great mentor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially, I thought learning online with no prior experience of playing an instrument would be a difficult task. But Ushma made it look so easy and smooth. Her techniques are so sharp, and she is indeed calm in her approach. Within three sessions, I could learn to play a song, and I think that's how comfortable she makes us feel while playing Guitar.
She is such a patient and fun-loving person. Do join her online sessions if you feel that it's high time to learn an instrument; Ushma is the right person to reach out. She is a fantastic and an amazing tutor, and sure you will shine out confidently and play your instrument ? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took 6 sessions with Ushma and was able to learn most commonly used chords and 4 full songs. People looking for one on one training of guitar, this is the right place. There are academies that give group training but I won't recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Learning guitar with Ushma is like the best hour of my week. She is a super patient and attentive tutor that makes it really easy to learn in the class. Its been 4 month of amazing learning journey and I am happy that I took guitar up and found an amazing tutor who gives me personalized feedback with every after class audio I share with her to improve my skill. I recommend her class a 100%???
PS: I take zoom classes and those are equally good as in-person :)
