★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sev dungali shak was superb. They provide amul buttermilk. It is open place. Bajri rotla were half-cooked, I didn't like it.
Must visit once for kathiyawadi food especially haldar nu shak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frankly speaking when I go any restaurant and dhaba I always avoid Kathiyawadi food I don't like it. But trust me friend I come here frist time and Kathiyawadi food OMG superb.
Mouth is full of test, sev tamoto , tikhari, churmo,dadbhat ,roti ,butermilk and all wow,
Very natural atmosphere, and hotel owner is so Gentalmen and kind person.
Pls come and try. But avoid Saturday Sunday cause this time there so long qoue.
Good for family gethering. Outdoor seating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After hearing some good reviews from my friend i have decided to visit this place.
Once i visit this place i have notice there is no sitting arrangements for family. Just open general sitting as proper Gujarati style on 'khatla' (a type of bed).
We have order dishes like Tuver, desi chana, vagharelo rotlo, churmo and all. As per taste i like all dishes and roti too.
But as per dish rate, ambient and taste is not up to the mark. They are charging higher side. rates are totally disappointed ?
As our final bill is made of 1750 for 10 person and good restaurants also charge the same. So as per place this rate totally over charge.
I am not suggesting this place for dinner. If you like Gujarati taste and try something new then you can visit this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is well known as Gujarat Dhaba (ગુજરાત ઢાબા).
In earlier years, there was better quality food in most economical price but nowadays price of food has been increased to almost any good restaurant range.
If you are spicy food lover then this is good place for you.
In weekend days, you must have patience to wait for around 1-2 hours due to too much rush of public. You need to do advance booking from place itself.
The hygiene and cleanliness of place need to maintain with good standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Gujarat is near GIFT city Gandginagar. Its a small villege where this place is loacted. Run by a local person. Authentic bajri no rolto and other karhiyawadi stuff like sev dungli nu shak and Dahi tikhari you can order here. Taste is not that much great but good. And it is economical too.. per person you can expect 200 to 250 rs dish. It is far from the city. People are visiting here to experience khatla sitting arrangements and villege like atmosphere. Basically you can enjoy with family and friends kathiyawadi food
