As, all indians she also bargained the person on counter insulted her saying "tumhare jesi boht ati h" before my mom he insulted other women and snatched clothes from hand .I think before starting anything especially cloth bussiness people should learn to value their customers as these customers only make shops and market valueable highly dissatisfied.
