★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This feedback is about Mr. HN GUPTA who is head FMCG of GNFC neem products.. We got his number from Gnfc website. We called him as we had used some products from gnfc and wanted to reorder the same. He provided us one website through which we ordered the products paying the money through online portal and said that delivery will be done in 3 days but today is the 7th day and he is not delivery is still not done and when we are calling this person again for the delivery status he is not answering calls from 3 days. Today my husband called him from another number so he answered and started shouting on call in very much abusive manner. There is no respect for customer calling for the product, he is truly unprofessional and uneducated this is my request if Mr HN Gupta you have problem answering phone kindly remover your number from the website and put some numbers which are available to help customer. Now i still dont have any clarity where my product is, is it going to get delivered or not. After taking to MR. HN GUPTA i clearly feels like he is doing some fraud business. So i give minus ranking to this company because of his poor customer service and really unprofessional behavior. My suggestion Kindly buy product directly from the outlet not from website. Mr. Gupta is illiterate and under qualify for his position.
