★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The heading of the instagram accounts says that they are conscious and stands for empowerment. How does demeaning the ones who are actually suffering from PTSD or a serious emotional/mental concern is empowering? Consumers of Indian market, are no more look for a fancy branding, with brands promoting themselves as conscious while in reality the communication points in an absolutely different direction. What happened to credibility of the word? Are you seriously promoting shopping over therapy? Because I see it as promoting addiction over help!
Though switching off the comments seemed quite conscious. You may turn a blind eye what happened with this supposedly harmless meme, but I am taking you by word, and so does many people like me and we are not turning any blind eye to this stupidly ignorant, dangerously harmful philosophy you are propagating through your brand. Shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gulaal brand although trying to sell products associated with local culture and people, is extremely blind to human sufferings when it comes to sell and advertisement.
They are promoting on social media that people instead of seeking therapy should buy their consumer products because it's a better therapy. In a post-pandemic world where people are struggling with mental health and can't all access or afford therapy, their tone deaf approach to mental health is appalling and extremely insensitive. When called out on social media for the same, they did not remove the content and instead disabled comments on the same.
SO next time you buy anything from this insensitive brand do consider how much this brand actually cares for people and how much it is focussed on their profits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dissatisfied with recent purchase from Gulaal. Ordered a dress on 2nd October and according to their website the garment would take 6days for making and post which it will be dispatched. Waited patiently for it and after 10 days did a follow up on email. Received no response and then tried thier SM handle and whatsapp. Recived a call back post repeated follow up. I was informed that there is some issue with the product ordered and the new one will be dispatched again post 5 to 6 days. Again waited patiently . This time recived the product and it was not as per the measurement . Thier size chart says one thing but the garment measurements is smaller. I fail to understand if you are a made to order brand , the one thing you should get correct is the size. Waisted so much of time this product and brand.

The outfits were so amazing that we received a lot of compliments.
Thank you so much to the whole Gulaal Team for such amazing outfits.
They were so pretty and comfortable that I am just in love with them.

And I must say, they are true to what they say. The material is so comfortable and to my surprise the kurta and dress ordered fits me so well. Also, the attention given to packaging of each order is truly commendable. Keep up with the excellent work Gulaal creations ? can't wait to order more! You have a lifelong customer from now on....
