★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there was an option to give 0 or no stars. Here is how my experience has been like:
1. The quality of the cloth and stitching is below par. Please see photographs. It looked like the product was worn/tried by multiple people before.
2. If you have a no refund policy, then a quality check is must to ensure you don't send garbage to your customers.
3. Even after this, the response is that we do not offer refund or provide pick up.
4. After requesting them and agreeing to pay extra, they said they will arrange a pick up but no followups done. I have to followup with them.
5. If you have a website and that too with this pricing, then refund, great packaging and pick up/drop are minor things that you need to setup at your end.
6. I work with Support and know what exemplary customer service is. Even if you do not have above services, you can still make sure you apologise for your mistake and ensure that you resolve the issue asap.
I will not recommend buying from this place. EVER!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered two suit sets from Gulabo Jaipur till date, and both of them exceeded my expectations.. they were absolutely gorgeous!! Both, in terms of workmanship and style. The fitting was perfect both the times and they graciously accommodate custom fittings. Trust me, the clothes are worth every single penny you spend.
A special mention for their exceptional customer service.. their replies are prompt, very helpful and always polite. They never said no to any of my requests, and very politely complied with my constant requests for updates.. Even when I asked them to deliver my order within a particular date (I wanted it for a particular function) they promptly made it happen! though it must have caused them quite a lot of problems. They definitely earned a loyal customer though.
All in all, an excellent company, with beautiful, unique designs and exceptional customer service. they are one of those hidden gems you have got to try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the greatest online experience. I ordered 2 outfits never received an email of confirmation. My cart the next day showed one outfit out of stock . Asking me to purchase 1 outfit. But i had made the purchase already and no one notified me. I whatsapp them asking for clarifications as my visa card was already charged. There was no apology , person responding back was “ i am telling you clearly” language . Not pleasant at all. after few days of back and forth the person on the other end was replying properly. Not the best online experience. It was too time consuming following up and asking for answers. I didn’t quiet get this system . first time i had ordered an outfit no issues. Second time was quiet frustrating. I think people forget we are the customers. Buying your product.Btw 2 of their outfits i liked but the black anarkali was below average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's extremely rare to see how much a clothing store staff care for their customer. I met Uzma and Muskaan (on a Sunday afternoon) one day before my Roka ceremony with a lot of stress.
Uzma and Muskaan made sure not only to help me pick the right dress but the colour and they helped me with the alteration within a few hours.
They were extremely delightful, kind and reassuring that I will be able to find a dress. I bought the Afroz Sky Sharara Set.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hats off to GJ for their outstanding customer service. I bought an outfit online and it did not fit me. When I told that to GJ, they promised to send me a replacement outfit, free of charge, no questions asked. Truth be told, I did not expect them to keep their word. But keep they did and the replacement outfit fits like a glove! For people like me who cannot shop IN India, customer service like this is invaluable. For sure, I will buy from them again.
