★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good area, little far but in budget..lots of people are complaining that their emi has got started since year or 2 years ago but still they not got flat....it really bad for the govt ..how a middle class person will manage their house rent and emi both together....please don't do it... understand the people condition..give passation as soon as possible...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been 2 year of purchase flat of 1 bhk and i am giving rate of interest to bank... I have normal private job but i am giving interest and my rent. When i ask at this place for possession agent always says that project will complete in 6 month or after some month.
But i have been 2 year to askinng but govt not doing his work.please try to understand those people who took flat and giving rate of interest to the bank. I am waiting of flat possession since 2.year whyproject not completing why getting late and not doing best work.... Please try understand to those people who giving rent and rate of interest of emi please give us our possession.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right now this parisar is kind of outside the city and from the bicholi bridge this is around 4.5 km. As it is PRADHAN MANTRI AAWAS YOJNA, this is cheap in budget and high on quality and just near it they are making 1 bhk flats in 6 lakh only all inclusive.. you are not going to find the houses so cheap for sure. So this is kind of win win situation for both government and people with limited income as in future this is very good investment
