But for the potential tenant, please avoid flat 702 Violate building. The owner Tanuja Rattan is a NRI and her father Shakti Rattan, never returned money taken as deposit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old society developed in 2003-04... Lowest lying in kharadi area due to which water gets accumulated in parking areas. Drainage is not proper so few areas stinks too much. Be cautious when u rent a flat .. u might get a painted flat but in 6 mnths all rooms n kitchen will get covered with dampness and seepage and while leaving ur deposit might get half wen u recieve while leaving. Apart from this i dont see any other issue. Rest seems fine.

It has a temple inside the society and a very best location for spiritual peace.
The society celebrates every festival with high energy and participation, Ganesh festival celebration is a special attraction.
Gulmohar City is truly a Green city with lots of trees and dedicated forest land.
