- The location of society is such that you don't get the city noise at all which is really hard to find when you are in close proximity to the highway
- Ample parking space
- Clean and green
- Big flats with big room sizes
- CCT monitored security
- PNB ATM inside the society
- Grocery + Dairy + vegetable shops inside the society premises.
