Kharadi, Viman Nagar, KP and Amanora are close which is a +1.
Located in a industrial neighborhood it has options from 1&2&3 bhk's.
This is a proper hosting society with a play area for kids. A peaceful place if you are living with family.
Everything inside is good but the industrial neighborhood is a downer.

Pros- 1.Good area to roam inside complex.
2. Power backup
3. Attentive working committee
4. Good enough parking space.
Cons-
1. Industrial neighborhood (Machine Noise sometimes)
2. Rooster crowing early morning! :D Dude crow as early as 4AM. I am often waken by his call! Although not sleep depriving overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its good society. Never have problems of water or electricity. All places like airport, malls, vegetables markets, local shops are very near.. Within 5 km. People in society are very helpful. For Kids there is play area. Good place to live

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gulmohar Helios is a small residential apartment having all basic amenities such as Play area, Lawn , Garden, Lift, Power backup for lift and living room, visitor parking space etc. Water supply is 24x7 for regular use and drinking water is available two times a day. No dependency on water tank at all . Society is secured by professional security guard and CCTV camera installed all over the compound.
Construction quality is very good , thanks to Gulmohar developers. Though saleable area is small on paper but usable space is just sufficient because of appropriate use of space.
Approach roads are bit narrow but manageable. There are 4 roads, two of them opens on Kharadi by Pass and two of them opens towards old Mundhwa road. So no issues of connectivity at all.
Overall a well maintained & peaceful society, away from traffic and pollution with lots of greenery around.
