★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entire experience of visiting the Gulmoharlane Experience Center in Jaipur in October was great. The furniture is really top notch quality and they have a huge variety to display. The best part was interaction with extremely knowledgeable sales consultant Akriti. She understood our taste and requirement very quickly and curated solution and proposed options accordingly. We spent almost half a day in the store and it was time well spent. We received the order yesterday and its exactly same as what we expected. We are so looking forward to placing fresh order.

Another month to get return credit and I still haven't been informed on how to use return "credit note" that I was provided. Unprofessional!

Let me start by saying I like Gulmohar Lane’s design language and even visited their factory in Jaipur in 2020. A made in India premium brand was truly something I wanted to support and promote but the following experience has really left me feeling disappointed and short changed.
I ordered a dining table with chairs a year ago and recently ordered a wingback chair with the same fabric to maintain a consistent theme at my home. To my surprise there was a significant difference in the color and quality of the fabric on the dining chairs and the wingback chair. The dining chair fabric seems washed out and looks grey compared to the wingback chair fabric which has vivid colors on a black background. When I reached out to the customer service, they said there is a difference in different lots of the fabric, and I must pay to change the fabric since my product was not under warranty when in fact it was. When I pointed out about the warranty, they said that the change in fabric is due to wear and tear and hence this is not covered under warranty. I explained that the dinning chairs have hardly been used in the last 11 months and that a fabric cannot and should not wear out so quickly. Besides if it was a wearing out issue due to usage then the fabric wouldn’t wear out evenly from all sides. I sent various photos explaining the issue, but to no avail and they simply refuse to take responsibility.
This has been an utterly disappointing experience with Gulmohar Lane. Their aspirations of being a premium brand doesn’t reflect in the quality and consistency of their products. If a company can’t stand behind and take pride in their product then they certainly don’t deserve any support. At least not from me at any rate.
If you still choose to buy from Gulmohar Lane then good luck and I hope you have a better experience than I did. They surely have one less customer to worry about in me.

Their gorgeous wellington table is sure to make you fall in love with eating a hearty meal at a dining table!
Gulmohar lane is a treasure trove of beautiful things and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it :)
