Issues are as follows:
1. Maintenance issue;
2. No clarity on society formation;
3. You can not approach to the builder for any issue;
4. No redressal of common grievances;
5. No management of society fund;
6. No audit of society maintenance fund;
7. Old flat owners who have been in the Society for more than 3 years now enjoying maintenance fund of new flat owners because no one is asking to them for society maintenance;
8. Once you take possession, you will start facing issues;
9. Last but not least, poor management of everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks so promising once you buy....but not as per expectations once you start living here. Many genral issue like water, Parking, maintenance budget, Security issues are regularly getting faced by society member. Builder doesn't provided maintenance Report , No proper handover, No report from past expenses, No accountibility for Society maintenance .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be careful before buying flat here.
1. No clearance on maintenance fund. No idea what are they doing with your money.
2. Builder hasn't paid a rupee for property tax to any resident for the period before purchasing property. You have to pay the property tax for the time even before your possession date. Builder is just giving false commitments on this.
3. You will never be able to reach to the builder for any issues, they will just ignore you once you pay the amount.
4. STP plant is not in good condition, very bad smell coming out of water coming form toilet jet spray and flush, very serious issue of hygiene.
5. You need to cry for every fundamental rights, they just keep on giving you false date of commitment of completion for any issue you face in the flat after possession. (eg. Intercom, window/door issues, paint, plumbing etc.)
6. Parking space is very congested, you can hardly park a 4 wheeler in your allotted space, if you have another 2 wheeler, you are gone.

Edit : buider had made false promises on maintenance. Now residents are struggling with basic needs like water and electricity. Society is out of funds. Reducing the rating to 1. Please check on this thoroughly before having flat in the society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been thinking of buying a flat at Renaissance, but reading the below comments now I am totally confused. Can anyone please let me know if there are any ongoing issues with society and builder, is there any guest parking facility and what about the current water and power cut status ?
Would really appreciate a response as it would be of big help in taking my decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Water problem. Society is completely dependent on local water tankers. Municipal water arrangement is not there. Construction looks good from outside but actually it is not good. Leakage problem stated in some flats. More over, it is over priced. Parking issues is clearly visible. There is no parking for visitors. Don't fall into trap by looking at the rosy picture!

They Swimming pool, gym, indoor games etc. Nice society having very good security services.
