★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for small function, the ambient light is almost zero so bring in your own lights if you intended to shoot the event. Food quality is ok . Has ample paod parking of abhiruchi mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. Only they talk many things when you go for booking. Food quality is poor ,service is very bad. Don't top up empty bowls. Batata wada and Gulab jamun were of size of Marble , so small it will make everyone laugh. Tea served in approximately 30 ml size cups. Chapati quality very bad. It will become hard before you finish it. Burned puries , not a single item which you can praise. It will be better not to talk about Icecream quality , ice cream served was full of ice formed in it. On top of it explanation given is ice cream is stored in refrigerator so formation of ice in it is natural. Promised to serve vanilla ice cream with hot chocolate, hot chocolate was not there.
No one to supervise. The man present there is so old he never gets up for his chair. For parking you will be charged. So that is hidden expenses you pay.
Inspite of all above charges are very High.
Advice to all is don't go by ambiance, only Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.
Explanation given by you is not acceptable. Puri and chapati you make fresh. But quality is very bad. They become very hard before you finish. Puris served were over burnt. When brought to notice of manager there he said it happened because of over burden.
Can you give such explanation?
You are keeping mum about Icecream quality?
Even Chatani served was wery watery. It was defficult to take in plate. Even salad bowl was very small , when empty it was not top up timely.
It may be standard size of your Batata wada, and Gulab jamun . You have kept it small purposely. I appreciate your foresight. People generally don't take more than 4 pieces. So by keeping size small you profit from giving less .
Instead of investigating, you replied spontaneously. This itself shows how much you value customers. We are not fool to write review. It seems from the reply they are only after money.
Owner was to call me and talk about incidence that what his employee told me. On repeated follow-ups he was giving excuses that owner is out of station, then he was out of station. Now almost one month is over but no one has called up. This shows how much they are interested in consumer satisfaction.
They are only after money .
I am sure because of this attitude they will never improve. So be aware before thinking of your events at this place.

For everything you have to pay extra ... Even for Mike and sound system...
Pls don't waste your money.....and destroy your event....

Ambience is fine. They have 500+ accommodation capacity. Parking is at the ground and basement level. You may need to pay for the parking
This hall is good for all kind of function.
