★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm really lucky to put up near this salon, ( agr ghr se door hota, tb bhi aa hi jati waise ?),the prices are really really really low as compared to other salons, and is perfectly clean, fresh and fyll of lights.
The staff and the owner are so polite and soft. I personally prefer to go there only because of waxing( full legs +full arms + under arms normal wax just for 150 to 200)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place might be cheap but their staff shows mannerisms that are not customer friendly. Because of the budget friendly services, it's sad to see how the workers have developed such a no interest approach in serving customers as they have enough customers coming in. Their services have deteriorated over time. This is an ideal budget friendly student parlour but if you really need a good holistic treatment, this is definitely not the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of the salon is too haughty and rude. Though the price are half of what other are charging but it doesn't give you permission to be rude to your customer. One of my friends went there and this incident happened. There was this college girl who visited at the same time. She didn't like one of the services and the owner rudely said " Kahi. Aur se karwa lo" and my friend said this happens most of the times. She charges 150 for drying your hair and she does it without telling you.
My Personal Experience: I took my friend , we traveled 22-25 Km ( From Janakpuri) just to know the truth . We called 1 hour before going and she said charges were 250 when we reached there the charges were 350 insted of 250 ( for what we confirmed on the phone). My friend was given a towel and asked to clean herself after waxing ( It is always done by them but here the story was different) when we complaint about it She said Beta it's Covid Time ( Bloody waxing karte time COVID nahi tha kya?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had got Rica italian full arms and legs wax at 700/- from their new Jawahar Nagar branch a week back. Rate of this service is reasonable as many other fine salons charge around that only for arms legs Rica. But their waxer pulled so hard that my right underarm developed a very painful swelling as if a nerve/muscle pull. Taking chymoral forte prescribed by dr for the swelling. Won't go again to any Gunika branch. Incompetent workers. The waxer was also being very oversmart and "dramatic".
