★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The insurance claims process is very slow even their billing staff is very rude not answering properly. Their policy is money first patient next so pls do not consider this hospital at emergency situations.

Receptionist Dr.Harshada (Ramgir) is too arrogant., Don't know how to treat patients.
Playing with patients life. They want money only.
Can't recommend such Money Recovery Hospital.

I am sharing my experience with you all and hospital staff. I got admitted due to corona in April end in your hospital. I am genuinely very satisfied the way I was treated. Generally with corona patient there are news published that people, doctors and staff don't behave kindly, unlikely I have some awesome experience, which I feel everyone should know because good work should always not only acknowledged but appreciated also . It is also important to share so people will not loose hope in doctors and humanity.
First experience need to acknowledged, when I came to hospital my condition was not at all good, even my family was not sure whether to admit or not? they haven't paid full primary amount and paper work was also not been initiated, still you did not wait for all these to take place, I needed oxygen immediately, and you started giving me that initial treatment with openness . what a noble work sir!!
In your hospital all the doctors were very kind with all the patient. the family members were guided and supported by you all so well so that they did not feel helpless in this chronic situation. Staff (all staff including sweepers,) at your hospital are so kind so humble, so trained and that made me touched.
I still remember one day when I was crying for unbearable pain , one nurse came and gave me hug like mother, she consoled me, handled my tears with her unconditional love and support. ( generally people run away from touch ) One day at mid night I wanted to take turn and sleep side ways, I couldn't due to heavy weakness, in a second some staff came and helped me to do so, I asked how come you know that I need help, I did not called you, he said , we heard some movement noise, so came to check. what an alertness!!! I have several experiences like this, How much I will write?
In total you planted faith and gratitude in my heart towards medical professionals. thank you so much Gunjakar sir, I really appreciate your work for society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother was admitted for covid. Was very serious. She got fine after treatment. Doctors are good. Staff is kind and cooperative. Billing is reasonable. All medicines were available. I will Defenatly recommend.

They make patients serious with carelessness & then they create panic situation of patients companion and they looot the money based on your capacity. Seen few good Dr. Due this management policy no good Dr. stick here. Worst staff & culture. Billing is something is very different then the treatment & actual uses of consumable & etc. Not recommendable to any one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad hospital. Doctors are inexperienced. unnecessary treatment given by doctor. Also, Staffs are neither supportive nor cooperative. I was having very bad experience. Doctors are very rudely to patients.Doctors are only thinking about money. I am suggesting not to go to this hospital.very bad experience. I don't know, how staffs became docter. Dr are playing with patients as well as doing different different experiments on patients. Not to go to this hospital..better to go govt hospitals...machines are showing faulty reports on paper so that they are safe to do bad treatments..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst of worst hospital only money minded people work here. My jiju got expired in this hospital in covid due to negligene of staff of this hospital staff. I curse these money minded doctors that they must get punished by god for all bad they did our people . IInexperienced useless doctors , their aim is not to cure people but to retain as long as possible giving unnecessary treatment so that hefty sum of money can be acquired from patients . It's not hospital it's door of death.
