★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really grateful to Dr Ram Babu Gupta for saving life of mother of one of our team members.Being an excellent bronchologist he has an excellent knowledge about every stage of COVID -19
The patient after being taken to 3 hospitals was admitted with oxygen level below 80 and covid positive at Gupta Chest Hospital.Within 6 days his team got her out of danger and ready to go home.I would like to Thank the entire nursing staff and also would like to specially thank Dr Rishabh Gupta(who is a Gastroenterologist)for his prompt telephonic assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be very honest Dr. Ram Babu Gupta is a good doctor and providing his services with very reasonable fees but Hospital is very badly maintained. Everythings are broken ( Beds , bed side table , visit sitting table, portable curtains). Washrooms and bathrooms are very dirty. Toiletries are not available. Even in the situation of covid-19 these is no proper precaution, bed sheets should be changed on daily basis , Hand disinfectant should be placed. According to services patients are charged very high. Good hospital for primary treatment but not for serious conditions patients. Some staff members are very humble towards the patient, but unfortunately some of them are not well trained.

When all hospitals denied to admit my father, he provided oxygen bed and treatment at very reasonable rate. Thank you for your service sir. Respect.

Dr. Ram babu gupta, Dr. Rishabh gupta and their staff are doing a great job in taking care of their patients and providing best possible treatment. Few days back I was covid positive, the treatment by both the doctor's made me come out of this danger with so much positivity and strength.
