Booked DC tickets, the condition of hall was very bad, chair was not clean, the condition of Female Washroom was horrible.
Sound quality was average & Picture quality was ok.

Maintenance of hall is to low, the seats are broken ,and cleanliness are too bad if you are planning to visit for first time so plz be aware of these things and as my opinion according to the maintenance and all the tickets price are high in fact the hall area is to big whatever visit for more information thank you #guptacinemahallcomplex

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, building about to collapse, AC is far away, even fans are not working properly. Toilet, surrounding are in bad shape & stinging. Seats are not inclined properly, view is not good from back seats in balcony.
Boxoffice must remove this cinema hall in online booking, as many people book tickets unknowingly with family. Students are using balcony / toilets in appropriately

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not too good.. Pictures and sound qualities are dam low.. The wooden chairs are uncomfortable and somewhere they are broken..
It's mainly for couples with their privacy in box..They offer a secure and private time for you and your partner. But their are no air conditioner or cooling system and fanning system are quite bad.
There are a restaurant mainly Punjabi restaurant. Overview and designing isn't too good but there food quality is much better.. They serve us very delicious and good foods with low prices ..
Overall views are it's good in some ways and bad in some ways.. If you can make a very private time with your partner in cheapt price then got for it..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cinema hall is old and dull. Seats are broken. Sound quality is average and picture quality is just good. Experience is not good. Price is low but it is not up to the mark. Needs development and maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The way to hall is full of water, the owner and other shops should think to repair it twice , price is lower for shows but the hospitality is not upto standard, presence of nearby "punjab restaurant & madras tiffin" makes it presences good.
