First thing they doesn't let me in told to step outside , I was with my pateint the way of talking is such loud you can feel you are arguing in a road rage , They did dressing asked doctor how much they would charge for the dressing doctor said 50 but they came and said doctor said 200 , but I was standing behind them and I clearly listened what doctor said , they always demand money with such a rude behaviour Try to check your CCTV how they misbehaves with pateint and attendant , in a motive of always charging of extra money ?The service providing by Gupta Diagnostic is Good but the way , Staffs are behaving is horrible .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lift or wheel chair for elderly patients to go to the upstairs where the diagnostic is situated.
Staff s not so cooperative. I think there is no waiting room.Test report should be more accurate. However it is a standard diagnostic in comparison to other diagnostic s in jk road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very bad experience.I was going to for my last ultrasound.When I Reached there the time is sharp 6 pm.I was doing the number and wating for the my turn.But the reality is there is no numbering system is there,their staff taking bribe for entry the patient who coming late.i seen two patients coming after me but they are going USG before me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent medical testing and doctor consultation facility in a small town Jajpur Road . They have developed home sample collection facility. Associated Persons are very gentle, polite and cooperative. Proper Patients waiting facility is there. I met Dr Nanda, Medicine Specialist a nice doctor having enough hearing patience and asked in details, spent a good time for proper diagnosis and didn't advice for unnecessary tests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Went there with my mom to consult the orthopaedic. I had registered slot number 9 many weeks prior. When I visited the centre they assigned us slot number 39. When I asked them the reason the staff misbehaved with me and my mom. He said that only his time had value and not ours. When I pressed a bit more he started abusing us. It didn't only happen with us but with many patients there. The staff considers himself doctor and keeps abusing the patients. His mentality is all patients are dumb and just a mere source of money. The staff even forgets to return change to the patients. The patients have to argue and remind him that money was to be returned. No COVID norms are being followed. It's a COVID nightmare actually. As for my case I had to raise a complaint at the main store and I was allowed an early access. This staff really needs to go. And administration should put in place proper mechanism to deal with patient management. I wouldn't recommend anyone this place.
