★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good experience ,I am pregnant lady , for consultation ,we called and took appointment before ,they told us to come by 8:30 Am next morning and I got chance meet with doctor after 2 pm .
They don't run this center as per schedule.
Doctor's are not punctual.
At times they cancel all schedule with out intimating patient.

I was looking for a place, where I could avoid long hospital queues, for echo-cardiography, ultrasound, x-ray and many other pathology tests that I needed at 58 years. I contacted this centre on phone and got the appointment for the next morning. I was greeted by couteous staff and comforting ambience. A cardiologist did my echo and gave his recommendations. All the tests were nicely timed, so I did not have to waste any time. All the reports reached me at my email on the same day.

The pandemic had made me too scared to visit a public place, especially a medical facility. Yet, I had to visit Gupta Diagnostic Lab.
As I peeped into the lab and the visitors' room, all my fears vanished.
I was made to wait a while in the open gallery outside the lab with the other visitors and went through hands-sanitization, the temperature screening, and queries about my general health, all this while ensuring social distancing. The staff members wore protective masks and gloves.
The visitors' room had only one visitor at a time. In the sample room, x-ray chamber, and the ultrasound room the seats and any other thing that I could touch were thoroughly sanitized in my presence.
The doctor and the staff were very gentle, polite, and seemed more concerned about the safety than I was :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr AnilGupta as an Ultrasonologist has been my family's first and the only preference over the last nearly 25 years. He is not only an excellent courteous human being but also a highly skilled professional with expertise of a very high order. Recently I have taken his services for a renal calculus detection which he did with precision and suggested some simple to follow remedy which helped me tremendously. I strongly recommend him as the Ultrasonologist of choice to others.
I also had opportunity in my erstwhile official capacity to know about the high ethical practice that this facility observes in complying with the PCPNDT Act that prevents sex detection in pregnancy. Thus Dr Anil Gupta & Dr Mrs Sangita Gupta deserve special.praise on this account.

He has more than 35 years experience.According to me it is the best lab in Shalimar Bagh. I have recommended this to my family and friends as the centre of choice for ultrasound and lab needs.
