★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most commercial doctor in Nagpur, patients has to pay fees Rs 800/- in advance even before checking, in our case he checked patient within one minute and even not in position to explain about the disease, at the same time he was attending other patients also, when asked about treatment he said ask to your paediatrician (for ear drum rupture). We confused.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very incompetent doctor who is very money-minded. He purposely doesn’t solve your problem in the first visit so u keep coming. I visited 4 times for a simple ear block n still not solved.
Other strange things - pay money before u even enter the doctors cabin.
After 6 months you are treated as new patient so pay 800 instead of 500. Does it mean we have to keep visiting him every 6 months even if we dont have an issue ? Is he running a hospital or a restaurant ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be very honest Doctor's Nature is very good and it may helps to cure the patient in short time but the whole nursing staff's behaviour is so rude. Management should take a serious action in this manner. Otherwise management is quite understanding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Gupta is a very intellectual and well experienced doctor. Went for the ear surgery of my sister. The majority staff is female and they were very cooperative. But if you don't follow the rules of the clinic, their behaviour was strict in such cases. This was the thing that I liked about them.
