★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is kind of arrogant. Waiting area is kind of small. They dont have proper ventilation. But the doctor is quite generous and helpful. I believe The doctor here has the ability to cure the viral fever in the single appointment. i feel blessed when i observe such doctors are working for us and helping everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hospital, very cooperative staff, and doctor was very humble and experienced. Highly recommended. I am fully satisfied with the treatment in this hospital. All investigations done here( endoscopy) are free which are chargeable in other hospitals. Lot of patients come here that's why, you may get irritated with the waiting time. Overall experience was very good. You will get correct advice for your problem. Thank you Dr sunil.

Well trained staff and public relation officer is not that much influencive but the receptionists staff is good.
The doctor is too humble and well experienced.
Modern modalities and well settled portions.
But you need to take care of the specially disabled people
Hardly recommending this ENT Hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you search Google, then the fee has been mentioned as Rs 200, but on going it came to know that the fee is Rs 300. When asked at the counter, there was no answer. Such doctors cannot treat a poor person for free. The staff brings the patients to the medicine shop in such a way that the patient does not run away.
I have attached a photo which is uploaded on Google, in which the fee is 200 rupees. Anyone who does a Google search will be confused and reach the clinic and feel cheated. And taking the patient to the medicine shop cannot be called cooperation in the prevention of corona. By becoming the messiah of the poor, how many bpl card holders you have done good, please upload the record of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few month ago when I had a flu, I was treated quite well by Dr. Gupta. He is indeed very knowledgeable, to the point and quick in catching symptoms
. After multiple consultation for myself and family / friends - I can confidently say I am fully satisfied with the Doctor and highly recommend him for ENT rated ailments. In addition the hospial is a Very systematic and staff is well organized.
Some people who say that staff is rude or Dr has a waiting time need to understand that to get such great consultation in this small amount of consultation fees, we have to wait.. & The reason there is a long queue is that doctor is famous and many people want to get treated by him. (but on the contrary some people with cheap mentality think that by paying small consultation fee, they have bought staff and complete hospital n they should get VVIP treatment ). Hence my advice to all is that one should be having Lil patience while visiting the doc n wait is absolutely worth it.

1 Behavior of gupta sir brillient.
2 Management staff is doing good job.
3 Hospital is neat and clean.
4 Enough space for parking.
Now some negative things.
1 I feel their consultant fees is little high.
2 Medicine they prescribe some times they dont require. And Plz ask patient they want buy from their medical store or not.
3 At reciption You have keep a person who polite with everyone bcz i have seen he were not good behaving with old person.
