★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only now how to cut the tummy , other than this nothing useful . Very horable doctor in saharanpur . Too much costly . Operation theater is just like a garage . Medecine are prescribed by doctor , you can't get that from any other medical store and having higher rate other than branded medicine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Sangeeta Gupta is one of the best gynecologists in Saharanpur. She is quite excellent at diagnosing the patient and understanding the problem. The 4 review stars are for the doctor.
The rest of the things are just not that great.
The process of appointment is archaic and terrible. No way to book online or on phone.
The doctor is not available on the phone or video call, which is good during this pandemic.
The worst thing is the pharmacy. The pharmacy lady is a terrible human being and behaves like an uneducated uncouth person. I have been here thrice and I've seen here arguing with someone every time. It takes 1.5 to 2 hours to get your medicines when there are only 5-6 patients! The lady is joined by another lad who is slower than a turtle. It takes him forever to read prescriptions and get the medicines. I doubt if he is even qualified for the job. I hope the doctor or management notice this and improve things.
