★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Learning from them, drivers are good and well behaved however the lady is very rude, doesn’t know what’s kindness is need to learn to speak courteously with us- the customers!! I am not naming her here but there nothing to guess as there’s only one ?

They need to learn to interact properly with the students and their guardians. A courteous attitude with a pleasant mindset would go a long way. Wishing you all the best!! & Thank you.
