They are somewhat disoriented and under-managed. Since its a family shop, you'll interact with different owners at different times. There's only 1 owner out of all whose customer interaction is good. So, whenever I go there I make sure he's there or I don't shop.
Like other people have mentioned, yes they will deny selling items for 5-10rupees and they do talk rude except the guy I mentioned above.
I've been shopping here since 2008. Initially for bulk shopping and later for my own needs. Even then the other guy would talk rudely or behave unprofessionally.
