β β β β β There is no cleaning, staff is good but very smelly seating inside mosquitoes all around very dirty cinema and they charges for tickets and food like they provided us 5star facilities. Bakwass not worth. Very costly for everything and need so much cleaning every where inside cinema

β β β β β It is not a mall, rather let's call it just a place that hosts the Inox, yep the multiplex.
Other than that it hardly got any outlet, any food joint. No shopping no dinning, zero vibes.
The only plus point, it is located centrally, esay to reach and plenty of parking options.

I think its only running due to spencer and INOX theater which is also not upto mark.
You can find many spa's and body relaxing centers here on ground and first floor else a pantaloon store and some small shops nothing much to enjoy with family.
INOX THEATER is also very suffocating and very uncomfortable atmosphere as compared to a reputed PVR's .
After movies over you have to walk down by stairs as mostly their lift not working when movies over, its very uncomfortable for old age and physically challenged people's.
Parking area very bad and very low space to turn around uour vehicles.
A good thing is that its nearly located to Harish bakery so you can enjoy food their after movies.

β β β β β Pros: Picture and sound quality are fine
Cons:
1. High mismanagement of the hall - many seats were broken and for first 20 mins of the movie there were some or the other arguments between the staff and the customers. For now, they are not capable to afford full house.
2. Seats were very uncomfortable and not properly cleaned. Looks like they have not done any kind of maintenance during their lean time and just opened up when lock downs were relaxed. Some seats were torn and some, like mine didn't go back fully.
3. Very poor and pricey menu. It's clear they want to make up for money lost during COVID but doing it this way does not suit the brand INOX and now, PVR!
High time they value the customer.

β β β β β Good for movie at INOX, just watch the awesome movie and come back home. rest all is just ok. It's in Gurgaon. Good place if you want to watch a movie at budget price.

You can visit Pantaloons, Burger King and Spencers amoung others. But the collection of products is not that extensive.
