★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can get direct buses for far places in Haryana like Jhajjar,Rohtak etc. AC buses are also available here. Railway station is 15 mins away from here. Nearest metro station is Iffco Chowk. Toilet facilities by govt are not hygienic and are very dirty and unpleasant smell. Better to visit Payed deluxe toilet which is outside the bus stand in 100 mtr range. Nearby many foodstalls ,restaurants are there , cab facilities,auto and other buses for within Gurgaon are available. Market is also there in the vicinity.

This Bus stand runs in a very old building but it is in good condition at all.
The overall layout plan of the stand is perfectly designed in a U-shaped path.
Boarded buses enters from the one leg of U-shape, taking a U turn and finally Parked on the other leg of U-shape having many platforms for various destinations.
The timing of buses is always well established.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus stand need to maintain properly. Buses service for other district is few but for local is available. Urine smell comes in bus stand premises. Outside area is overcrowded by vehicles. Instead of making metro city you need to provide bus service for other district.

Also the vendors outside the bus stop entry are big swindler.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bus stand i had ever seen in my life ,stinking smell comes from open toilets ,pigs are roaming here and there ,bad drainage system (The whole bus stand was full of water),enquiry rooms are always closed no one is there to help you,staff is busy in playing cards)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not clean .staff are very unprofessional.water logging in raining season.bad experience.not proper place for waiting .but you take bus from here to every part of Gurgaon as well as NCR.food shops are not good .very populated area because it is oldest area in Gurgaon .only best thing you take Volvo for Chandigarh from here .dont need to reserve the ticket .easly available at cash counter .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all doing justice with the millennium city. Bus stand is quite dirty , no proper place to sit, no proper eateries, lacks proper lighting as well.
It is meant for you to come over and sit in your assigned bus. No bus time table display for majority of routes.
This is meant to be an ISBT - inter state bus terminus. But that’s in the name only.
During the rainy season , entire compound becomes a huge swimming pool. If you don’t have your own vehicle till the bus , then your entire journey would be wet and therefore wild!!!
