Established in 2007 on a plot of land allocated by the then Sarpanch of the local Panchayat, and inaugurated by Head of Ramakrishna Mission, New Delhi. Functioning continuously with daily 'nitya' (morning, afternoon & evening) pujas, monthly Purnima & Amavasya Pujas, and annual Kali Puja (Deepavali) & Saraswati Puja (Basant Panchami). Shifted to a grand new building in the same compound with majestic domes & separate mandir 'garbhagrihas' dedicated to Ma Kali, Mahadev Shiv & Radha Krishna.

There are a no of Mandir in this area adjoining to this Mandir.
Ma Kali, Lord Shiva & Radha Krishna idols are worshipped on daily basis.
Tjis temple is also known as New Gurgaon Kali Bari. Begalies of Gurgaon has established this temple by way of self donations and donation from other Bakhts.
