The group is ideal for all type of runners whether they are beginners or have experience in running .
Our coaching Balwinder and Mehak have personally made sure that all the runners keep getting the required guidance and advise at all stages .
Also, training plans for various events , personal goals are available .
Lastly, as a group we are all one and the motivation and inspiration provided to all cannot be matched

The coaches are excellent and the company of fellow runners is awesome who always encourage you to bring the best out of your capability..
